Working as a certified health and lifestyle coach, as a part of an integrated health team at Loma Linda University Health, ITLC (Intensive Therapeutic Lifestyle Change) program has been an incredibly rewarding experience, as well as working independently with referral patients.

Being a part of patients health journey and witnessing life-changing transformations has been an amazing journey.

When a person no longer needs a medication, decreased risk of getting a lifestyle chronic disease or disease reversal, you know you are making a positive difference. My experience includes: pre-diabetes, diabetes, inflammation, high blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety, and ADHD as well as other illnesses.
